TERMS OF PAYMENT
The terms of payment are
prepayment with order unless
otherwise agreed by the
company. There is a minimum
invoice order on this web
site $100.00 excluding
transport and reserves the
right to withhold at any
time, the provision of
services, in the event the
buyer ails to comply with
the agreed Company’s terms
of payment.
PRICES
Unless otherwise agreed by
the company, the price for
the goods supplied and
services provided shall be
the company’s current price
for such goods or services
at the time of delivery and
are in US dollar.
FREIGHT & PACKAGING
Unless otherwise agreed by
the company, all prices
quoted exclude delivery and
standard packaging for
delivery within Australia.
Prices outside Australia are
normally quoted FOB.

$40.00 anywhere in the

$200.00 to $299.99 =
$35.00 anywhere in the

$300.00 to $399.99 =
$30.00 anywhere in the

DELIVERY
Dates quoted for delivery of
goods or services are
estimates only. The company
shall not be liable for any
loss or damage arising as a
result of any failure to
deliver or for the delay of
the delivery.
RETURN OF GOODS
The buyer may return any
goods listed on the
company’s current price list
within seven days provided
that such goods are returned
freight paid and in original
condition. Custom made
products or goods exceeding
the seven days limit or
conditions may be returned
after the purchaser accepts
a re-stocking fee. Normally
a re-stocking fee of 25%
will be charged per
delivery. The relevant
Elsema invoice must
accompany all goods returned
and RMA numbers must be
obtained prior to returning
goods
RISK
Risk in the goods purchased
shall unless otherwise
agreed in written pass to
the buyer upon delivery of
the goods.
PERFORMANCE
Any figures or estimates
given for performance of
goods are based upon the
company’s experience and are
such the company obtains on
tests. The company will not
accept liability for failure
to comply with the figures
or estimates due to the
nature of variable
conditions affecting for
example Radio Remote
Controls.
WARRANTY The company warranties
that the goods under proper
use be free from defects
caused by faulty workmanship
or materials for a period of
twelve months from the date
of invoice. The company will
repair or replace all such
goods or parts there of
found by us to be defective
within twelve months if sent
to us freight paid. Our
liability is limited to the
warranty of any damages.
Do you
need a licence to operate
Elsema equipment's?
In Australian, New Zealand,
Canada and United States
America no licence is
required. For other
countries please contact our
support department. However,
the remote control needs to
be certified for each
country.
For example:
Australia and New
Zealand requires AS
4268.2 (1995) compliance
USA requires FCC
certification under Part
15.231
Canada requires
RSS-210 compliance
What
is the major difference
between the FM series and GL
series of remote controls?
GL series are Elsema's newly
developed remote controls
and it has the following
advantages over the FM
series:
